I had such a positive experience at Big Yellow Kings Cross. Incredibly efficient and easy to get set up and the site is immaculate. All of the staff are really helpful. Big thank you to Jeff who helped me throughout the whole process. Everything was explained to me extremely well and really reduced the stress of me moving back home to NZ. I would definitely use Big Yellow Kings Cross again 🤗

I recently visited “Big Yellow Self Storage “ to arrange a storage unit and was assisted by the receptionist Roger ! The whole experience was excellent. He was not only friendly and patient . also took the initiative to explain the different storage options and provided highly professional recommendations based on my needs. Throughout the process, Roger communicated clearly and worked efficiently, making everything smooth and straightforward. I am very satisfied with the service he provided, and it has strengthened my trust in “Big Yellow Self Storage” There was also a young lady whose name I didn’t catch.
