The best part of any London trip is to come to Big Yellow at the end! Especially when someone like Roger welcomes you! I used the Kings Cross one for the first time. He is the kindest, nicest, most helpful person ever! He explained me every single detail well, he always put a big, sincere smile on, helped me with every single thing! So happy and comfortable. I am all safe in good hands! Thank you Roger and thanks to Big Yellow!
