Customer reviews for Kings Cross Self Storage

Rodger was very helpful, excellent experience

Roger was super helpful today when checking in. Thank you!

The best part of any London trip is to come to Big Yellow at the end! Especially when someone like Roger welcomes you! I used the Kings Cross one for the first time. He is the kindest, nicest, most helpful person ever! He explained me every single detail well, he always put a big, sincere smile on, helped me with every single thing! So happy and comfortable. I am all safe in good hands! Thank you Roger and thanks to Big Yellow!

Queria agradecer ao Roger pela ajuda principalmente por falar português, haha! Super recomendo a Big Yellow para guardar seus pertences.

Great friendly service

We had an excellent experience checking into Big Yellow Kings Cross. Roger explained everything to us clearly, and was extremely helpful and friendly. Could not have been better. Would definitely recommend Big Yellow. Norman Miller, 3 April 2026
