We had a great experience at Big Yellow Storage Kings Cross. They have made everything as smooth as possible, particularly given that we needed to move in during their extended hours. The app made accessing our unit really easy and when we did encounter an issue, Store Manager Joe was a life-saver and ensured we could complete our move in that evening. What could have been a really stressful experience, was made so much easier by the smoothness of the service - thank you!

Amazing service! Roger was not only informative but also incredibly helpful while assisting me in setting up my lock. He took the time to show me what the storage units looked like and made sure I was comfortable with everything. I really appreciated his patience and great customer service.
