Good clear service and instructions

Very Good receptionists, helpful, knowledgeable, with good customer skills.

All the explanation I received were very clear. The team (through the phone and on the day) was nice and settle everything quickly.

The sales advisor Isabelle was fantastic, very helpful,I wasn't in a very good state as moving can be stressful but her help professionalism calm me down she explained things so well to me and moved my things to the storage as it was upstairs and I have phobia with lifts,Great service
