Very good. The only issue was that the person I spoke to to firm up the price wasn't aware of the price offer that had been emailed and was quoting higher. But agreed the price that had been sent when I emailed it back to him.

I walked into Big Yellow accidentally (as I’d booked at another storage without realising). Upon sorting out the mistake the Big Yellow team at Kingston (Shane and female colleague who’s name I didn’t get) were very friendly, professional and effective. I thought the facilities were clean functional and easy to use. Felt reassured that my belongings would be safe.

My initial enquiry was well hadled. Even in my desperate situation they made it possible. Thanks.
