The two receptionists stayed in late as I was stuck in traffic. Gave me a friendly welcome and showed me round with no frustration, despite me turning up 10mins after closing

Friendly , efficient , professional and helpful advice without being pushy giving us space and giving us suggestions like reserving the room before we made our decision so we get the room we wanted .

Customer service and in-store experience was impeccable. Izabella was especially helpful, patient, and took time to cover important points and make sure I was confident of what I could have, how big, all costs etc AND it was clearly going to go over the end of her shift, and she made no real signs of trying to hurry me along. I would largely recommend this based on my experience of her.

I felt like your staff really cared. My situation is a difficult one right now and they showed real humanity. Everything went very smoothly and they were able to help above any expectations I had.
