I thought everything was handled exceedingly well and all staff were really polite, courteous and very helpful My move in was Quick and stress free.

Rosie was excellent.

Even before arriving to the storage centre, my call from Georgia seemed very assuring. Everything went so smoothly which really eased the process of moving in.

Honestly the person I spoke to was so friendly and easy to talk to, and explained everything really simply for me to understand. I'm sorry but he was so friendly and I want to thank him because it mustn't be easy working in times like this!

My initial enquiry was handled with a high professional approach to my requirements. The whole process of booking in and moving was very straightforward.

I was greeted by Rahima on my arrival and she was very helpful and informative. Rahima made the process of the rental very pleasant. The other staff at the store also acknowledged me by a friendly greeting as they were doing their work round me.

Really clear and friendly staff

the staff explained everything very clearly. When booking it with Rahima, she was super friendly and made the process very easy. On moving in day, Shane took us through the final details and was very easy to talk to. We saw him a few times later in the day (during our many trips that day) and he was equally as friendly and chatting, which really does make a good impression on us.

So easy to book, the young lady, (manager), made booking the room so simple and she was very friendly.
