Shane dealt with my initial enquiry. He was polite, professional, friendly and informative - without being pushy. Georgia was on duty on the day I moved my things into storage. She too was welcoming, professional and informed. Both Shane and Georgia are a credit to your organisation.

Rahima at North Kingston Branch really helped make getting the unit easy, I am recovering from spinal surgery and she found us a unit on the ground floor just inside the entrance and took the time to make sure every step was explained in a friendly and professional matter. It made a real difference to know she remembered me from previous conversations and the offer she made was genuine while we weighed all the options.

Shane handled my enquiry in a professional manner. He ran through the whole process with ease and efficiency giving me at each stage the opportunity to ask questions. On the day of moving into my storage space Rahima was on the front desk welcoming me and again I received a professional first class service.
