I was greeted by Rahima on my arrival and she was very helpful and informative. Rahima made the process of the rental very pleasant. The other staff at the store also acknowledged me by a friendly greeting as they were doing their work round me.

People that they trust and very pleasant and hard working men to handle your goods with care. 5) very patient with clients. 6) my move was very smooth and no brain stormat all. They even gave me boxes and matress covers. Ehat more could i have asked for. 7( cintinue with your good work folks. Wonderful indeed.
Really clear and friendly staff
the staff explained everything very clearly. When booking it with Rahima, she was super friendly and made the process very easy. On moving in day, Shane took us through the final details and was very easy to talk to. We saw him a few times later in the day (during our many trips that day) and he was equally as friendly and chatting, which really does make a good impression on us.
So easy to book, the young lady, (manager), made booking the room so simple and she was very friendly.
Online everything so not applicable.
