From my initial online enquiry Rosie was brilliant. She followed up quickly with a phone call and was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I had four pallets of books delivered to you and the driver could only deliver them to the loading area. Rosie and her colleague Georgina went above and beyond the call of duty and got them into the storage unit for me. The pallets were really heavy and awkward to manoeuvre but Rosie and Georgina were terrific. They were both really impressive. A great, friendly, seamless service!

It was perfect - Georgia gave me some time to finalize my decision after she showed me the different sizes available. Online check-in was very convenient.

Fantastic staff from first contact with Big Yellow. The only storage company to explain how space is sold in square foot (and what that looks like) and no cubic feet. I was confused as I knew I was hiring a 3D ' cubic' space. Only Big Yellow understood and explained. Other storers implied I was a bit foolish expecting to rent in cubic ft.
