Process to book was easy and quick, online

I had a friend move my stuff in, so I called that morning to ask about how to process would work. They were very helpful and made it very easy for my friend to move my stuff in once he got there.

We initially spoke to someone on the phone I believe their name was Kane, they were very helpful they broke down exactly how much everything would be and how the process would go and it was really reassuring to know in advance about how things would turn out their help was really appreciated.

It was extremely easy, the booking agent over the phone was very polite and calm and clearly presented all the information. I can’t forget about Rahina, she still allowed me to check in even though their was like 5 minutes. Which very generous considering that the paper work itself was going to take 15 minutes. She even gave me free after hour excess which I’m pretty grateful for.

I had several conversations with Rahima and Georgia and they helped me a lot. Thank you.

I have used Big Yellow several times with excellent service and this time is no exception. The process was handled superbly from initial enquiry to completion of booking and the team were friendly and helpful.

We dalt with a few people in the organisation & everyone was really helpful & friendly. Rahima was the person that help us on the actual day of the move. She is very friendly, very helpful & if we had have arrived late (thankfully we arrived on time) she said that she would wait for us. She made the whole process on the day, very easy & hassle free.
