Jess was exceptionally friendly, helpful and informative. I really enjoyed working with her as she made the process easy and seemless. As someone who manages people, I would say she is exceptionally talented in her customer service and is a great asset to the company.
The staff at the kingston store were extremely helpful and friendly. Jessica Miller in particular who dealt with us from enquiry to moving in was brilliant from start to finish.
Process was very easy and quick. Todd assisted me setting up the account and was very helpful and professional.
Aaron was very very helpful. I needed a storage very last minute on a Sunday and he ensured everything worked out and i was settled in before they closed. Everything was very easy and very straight forward. Literally took me 10 minutes!

Really helpful staff (Todd), answered all my questions and enquires. showed me the rooms when I asked, helped me gauge how much space I would need, and helped reserve the room for me so I had time to thin about things.
Very friendly staff..... explained everything.... all of them had a sense of humour, ( the two bearded brothers- Aaron and Todd !!) and also kuda who patiently took me through the process and who I can find no fault with whatsoever...!
