Customer service has been great. Both Melissa on the phone and Todd at the reception.

Smooth process moving in and I feel like my belongings are very secure. It was a bit pricier than I expected, likely due to me not knowing the insurance cost, but for me it’s with the money.

Customer service was great from start to finish - everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Online check-in and then actual move-in was really straightforward and non-stressful! Melissa in the Kingston store was super helpful on the day. I dont remember the names of everyone I spoke to on the phone at the Kingston branch, but they were all great.

For many people location is important. Big Yellow is very close for me, for others this may not be the case.

I needed storage and Big Yellow is convenient.

TODD was fantastic in his explanation of the service offer and arrangements in the use of big yellow

I've never used storage before and was a bit apprehensive about it. Todd and Aaron were both really friendly and made me feel really comfortable. The storage space is clean and well laid out and I'm really happy with my choice.
