Great experience. Professional, straightforward, simple, very un-stressful and the customer service was excellent.

members of staff, are very helpful and that makes a lot of difference,when you are using storage for the first time.

We had to move in rather quickly and I explained this to the team when we had our first appointment on Saturday. They were so wonderful about this and helped us find a van that would help us out Monday. I was also worried about storing all of our stuff until Dion and Theodora helped us out with an insurance quote in addition to our storage requirements. For us, everything that has been able to go wrong, has gone wrong apart from Big Yellow--they made everything for us so much easier on the storage side of things, that they've made a tough time that much better.

So far excellent and the coffee was delicious.

Very good, but it would be really important to make the initial process quicker. When one arrives at the facility one has already been working for most of the day. In our case, while I was involved with the registration process, my husband had to unload the van on his own. It did not make him too happy as it was 6pm and afterwards we still had a two hour car journey.
