The service at Big Yellow Storage is excellent. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The process of moving in and drawing up the contracts was very quick and easy. The facility is very clean and secure. I was very impressed with the security features, which made me feel good about storing my things there. Overall I think it is an excellent store and would definately reccomend it to others.

My student let came to an end in May and as my new lease didn't start until July I needed somewhere to safely store my belongings. The Big Yellow Storage has small units available and is deal for students like me. It's safe, secure and clean and the staff are very helpful.

Arriving ona Saturday afternoon with a van full of belongings and minimal spatial awareness it was with a little trepidation that I approached teh desk No need! The booking in took rather longer tahn anticipated however was clearly explained and thorough My benefit was thatthe book in meant by nephew & brother completed all teh van un;oading and I simply signed forms and paid! Good experience and I left feeling secure and sure that my posessions were stoerd safely in good hands!

For the most part we are delighted with the small room we have rented to help us during a house move. Our one complaint would be in relation to standard access hours which barely suit working families. And while it is obviously possible to pay extra for out-of-hours access, this doesn't really feel reasonable - 0800 to 2000 would feel a lot more realistic and reasonable.

the gentlemen working in the London Road kingston branch was extremely helpful even though i arrived at the last minute on sunday 1 April. i wasnt expecting to be treated in this way and was a relief to get everything sorted for a fairly stressful move.

Check in was made very easy and all explained very clearly. Thank you Barry Brinkley. Facilities all very streamlined and easy to use.

Everything runs smoothly. Access within open hours is no problem. Everywhere is clean and tidy and I feel my belongings are safe.

Excellent staff, able to listen & come up with a very good deal, good security & access. a very comfortable environment .
