Every member of team has been really personally which is lovely when you're using somethings as anonymous as storage. Really makes a difference!

The service we received from Big Yellow has been exemplary. Dan and, in particular, Paula were professional, friendly and really helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to friends.

Moved in Saturday and Dion (manager) was extremely helpful and made it all seem easy. Overall Yellow Storage is very good but think its a bit pricey considering the amount of space you actually get. Also feel that if you wish to access your storage out of hours then you have to have special instructions or induction into what is required. Apart from these two minor quibbles - I am glad I choose to store my things somewhere safe, well lit and organized rather than a garage or rented room somewhere. Also think the use of trolleys and equipment very useful in moving things in with out too much huffing and puffing !

The staff at the Kingston office; Dion and Laura were courteous and eager and gave me complete confidence. I find the experience with Big Yellow so far surpasses my expectations and I will definitely use them again as well as recommend to friends.

Customer service was beyond helpful from initial quote to moving in. The building was clean, and parking/ loading convenient.
