The set up of my space by Tom at the Kingston store was quick and easy. Everything was explained clearly and I would recommend this store.

Very friendly staff with clear guidance of the whole storage process. Advised the best deal to keep cost to a minimum. A very good service.

Kingston Branch is brand new, well maintained & clean. Staff are very pleasant & helpful. Security level is excellent & I feel that my storage unit is very safe. Proceedures are all very straightforward & access level is excellent (evenings & weekends especially). Based on my experience with the Kingston branch of Big Yellow I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent storage facilities, secure with friendly staff on hand to assist. Loads of parking and lots of trolleys to help you move into the store. Very close to home and handy opening hours.

The Staff are really friendly and helpfull, I would definatly reccomend to a friend.
