the staff were excellent. 10 stars. so helpfull. it was their job really that sold me. while not the cheapest option it is the most convenient adn straight forward i think and obviously theres a price you pay for that. wouldnt hesitate to use again and recommend. thx
From the first enquiry over the phone to moving in, the staff were very friendly and willing to help. The Location is very good as it is in walking distance from Kingston Town. It looks and feels very secure and I feel very happy to store my belongings with Big Yellow.

Everything is great, good location, staff very friendly and helpful, good security - room alarms, etc. However, maybe more security cameras could be installed in corridors? Very easy to use and access. The price is great - the offer of 50% off for 8 weeks is fantastic!
Was really surprised that at short notice they could book, set up and have ready a room that really saved my bacon when moving house on a tight timescale. Staff were friendly and informative - room clean as a whistle. Almost made lumping wardrobes a pleasure!
Staff are helpful and considerate. Everything is explained clearly and carefully and staff are happy to repeat instructions and run through procedures again if needed. Additional service options are offered but never pushed.
IT WOULD NOT BE 0UT OF PLACE IF SOMETHING COULD BE DONE TO PREVENT OVERHEAD LOCKERS FROM ALLOWING THEIR SPILLS FROM SEEPING INTO LOWER OR LOWLY PLACE LOCKERS AT THE KINGSTON STORE AND PROBABLY AT YOUR OTHER STORES AS WELL. I ONCE EXPERIENCED CONTAMINATION FROM SPILLS COMING FROM AN OVERHEAD LOCKER. WHE'N I HAD A LOCKER AT THE KINGSTON BRANCH. IT'S JUST A PAINSTAKING EXPERIENCE. I WISH YOU COULD DO SOMETHING TO PREVENT SUCH REOCCURANCE.
I had to move a lot of boxes from my Mother's house after she died and the staff found me the right size storage for a great price. I only needed the space for a couple of months but it was great, so convenient and I could get in after hours when I needed to. Staff were incredibly helpful. Thanks guys.
Friendly staff but customer toilets could have been cleaned once in awhile. Other wise great.
Staff very helpful, facility well equipped with various sized trollies that are 'up to the job', and pallet trucks. Light in the individual store rooms would be useful, and out of hours, some warning of the imminant end of the timed general lighting would be an improvemrnt, as would more sensors to turn them on again. The option of shelving in the unit would have been useful. All in all, well priced and simply what was required.
