Great service with a smile
Everything handled perfectly in my opinion, Ed looked after me and made me feel welcome when I first come into the premises. Ed explained the process of logging in / out and showed me to the storage space, very happy customer.
The process was great with the site being easy to navigate. Marianne at the Leeds depot rang me to make sure I was aware of how it would all work. The check in was good. Staff (Marianne) really friendly and made sure I had the correct size unit (showing me 2 options). Felt comfortable with covid regulations and precautions. Great service and customer support.
Easy to book, although when I had booked the room wasn’t available and I was charged a higher price. However this was sorted with a phone call.
Ed the manager kept in contact me personally and was understanding of my divorce situation and the uncertainty this brought re the size of unit, dates etc all being up in the air. He was fantastic ????. Then Marianne showed me around snd was great , so personable snd informative and knew my situation which saved time. Then glen got involved with helping re the form filling on line. He was super personable, and so helpful. Then the move in was slick. The whole service about the locker worked perfectly. My only suggestion would be to tell customers re insurance fees. As they are quite expensive. But it’s just a suggestion that’s all. So thanks Ed and team and thank you for recommendation re removal firm who were brilliant too. Rgds Paul’s

Very straight forward
Was misleading - got a quote but when ai clicked on reserve the price had increased. I did a live chat with someone who put the price back down to my quote. Equally when I checked in despite all the info online saying you pay 4 weeks in advance I was told I could only have the 50% off for first 8 weeks deal if I paid the full 8 weeks upfront and not just 4 weeks which was annoying and misleading.
