Very friendly staff that makes the whole experience better
Thought customer service was really good. Couple of follow up phone calls but not pressured sales pitches. Just, let us know when you are ready conversations.
I think the process has been simple, easy to understand and efficient. I've made a few enquiries with a couple of different Big Yellow stores, and the approach after the initial enquiry always seemed a little 'salesy', which always makes me a little uneasy. However, my checkin yesterday was efficient, perfectly clear and was handled really well.

The whole process was well managed and easy from start to finish. Glynn at your leeds branch was very helpful, informative and friendly, he has a really good personality and nothing was too much trouble for him, he his a credit and a real asset to your company.

I am so pleased that I wasn’t pestered. I asked round for a few quotes and other companies leave me so many voicemails and it starts to get irritating - the staff have been super friendly at a difficult time for me - i feel my belongings are going to be safe

From my initial enquiry and through the whole process your efficient and helpful team of staff at Leeds have the task very easy despite a number of delays at our end. This is the first time I have used a storage facility and I would definitely recommend Big Yellow.
