I think the whole process was pretty easy, the online check in was a quick way to get things sorted and I liked that the team was checking in by phone but they didn’t call too often which is appreciated.

I think the process has been simple, easy to understand and efficient. I've made a few enquiries with a couple of different Big Yellow stores, and the approach after the initial enquiry always seemed a little 'salesy', which always makes me a little uneasy. However, my checkin yesterday was efficient, perfectly clear and was handled really well.
