I have to say I already had a good feeling about all this but the customer service exceeded my expectations! We were moving yesterday and it was very stressful, and when I called to say we would be behind schedule Marianne arranged everything so we would have late access on our moving day. Paperwork was signed within 15 min, including a tour. Staff was very knowledgeable and so kind!
Overall a really great experience! Hassle free way of storing some belongings while moving, lovely staff that explained everything very clearly. Made to feel completely at ease despite being particularly fragile that afternoon due to pre-moving celebrations. Thankyou!

Easy to get quote on line. Follow up call not pushy but explained process, made sure understood process etc and reservation made. Web site is simple to use and on line check in clear inlcuding what to bring for ID etc Staff at reception have ALWAYS been really good. Very friendly quick and efficient. This time round they excelled even more as I had the journey from ***** from london which meant we arrived much later than expected so they gave extended access for the evening to help out. This was so kind and made a real difference as we managed to get one car load moved that evening leaving final 2 car loads the following day. To do it all in one go would have been pretty grim given everything else we had to do .
