On the initial call with Simon after I had done an online quote, Simon was really helpful and explained everything really well.

Never used any storage facilities before ever!!! So when I made the first telephone enquiry to your Leeds Branch it was a big thing for me. However, I should not have felt worried or concerned in any shape or form from my initial telephone conversation with Glynn who was absolutely brilliant in explaining how the system works, cost involved etc to the on-line booking in system which was very easy to use and follow. To actually coming down to book in on our chosen day to whom we were greeted by Tannita - she also was absolutely brilliant, lovely to speak with very efficient and extremely good at explaining the entry system to us even patient at having to explain to us twice :) Cannot sing the praises of this wonderful team you have at Leeds they are a credit to The Big Yellow Self Storage. I called for a general quote and instead of matching a cheaper quote I received from another company, the staff member just cut to the chase and offered me his cheapest price as I was due to move my things into storage that day, he didnt want to waste my time. I found out later that this was by far the best price I could get and for the quality and security of their storage place, I'm one happy girl! The staff are very friendly and ensured I understood every part of the agreement I was signing up to. Never thought that my moving day would be so hassle free but thanks to the staff, it was !

It was easy to use online but when it came to staff it was difficult to understand all the paperwork I wasn’t prepared for the sheet of paper asking me to list what was going in my rented space and I was uneasy about letting the staff know what high value items I was storing as you can appreciate these people are total strangers
