All went smooth... Sam did a good job

Both Sam and Glyn were very professional and friendly throughout the whole experience. When it was highlighted the pre-organised room did not fit my needs, the issue was addressed quickly, without stress and without compromise.

Second time I have used them. Rooms are great- good choice and very clean. Site well lit. Staff are really friendly and go out of way to help. Paperwork is pretty lengthy but they make it as smooth as possible

Service was great but the price was more than I expected from the quote I was originally given. It would be better to give a better idea as to how much one would actually pay rather than giving the customer a much lower pricing.

The gentleman who booked me in on the day was super friendly. Information given prior to me arriving was spot on and incredibly useful when it came to the day where I actually moved!

Lovely staff, made the whole experience very easy on all fronts. Felt very comfortable as a first storage experience. Would highly recommend
