The staff are really friendly and helpful, the signing up process was very easy especially when you can do most of it online. When you get there they're really chatty and nice and show you to your storage room, explaining everything in detail. The rooms are easily accessible and the docking bay and trolleys provided made moving so much less of a hassle!

From beginning to end the service was wonderful. Everything was described to me perfectly and in great detail over the phone shop there was no hidden extras when I arrived in the day to sign the paperwork. The staff were great, a really friendly workforce who made it a charming experience on the day. And the units are by far the best storage facilities in Leeds, and I have used quite a few. The corridors are well maintained (no bumps), the trolleys are a great size to fit lots on, there are 2 lifts which means you don't have to wait too long should there be a lot of people moving in on the same time - which there were. And the whole complex is very neat and tidy. I was very impressed.
Some aspects were very easy to manage and some were not. Your staff were all very helpful but gave differing information and advice.
