Excellent service from the beginning to end. Would definately recommend to family and friends.

I would highly recommend anyone to use Big Yellow for whatever storage need they have. It seems that, from large businesses to smaller, single end users, they cater for everyone with the same amount of customer service and attention to the needs of the customer. The check-in process was clear, quick, and pain free. As we had to arrange some last minute storage, due to a house move being delayed very late in the process, we were pleased to find that Big Yellow Leeds could not only meet our requirements in terms of availability, but offered us help and flexibility in choosing the right sized storage space.

We are using the storage to avoid bringing everything back from uni then having to transport it all back again. Good range of sizes in the uniys. Clean dry - ideal for our use. Building was a b it difficult to find from the direction we were travelling, but once we got there the second trip was a lot easier

I had storage at another place but needed to up grade the size. I made the choice to move all my stuff from a company down Kirkstall Road to this site. It was the best thing I have ever done... Every thing that was wrong with the other site is right with this one. On top of that the staff are really nice...

My initial telephone call to Leeds was made easy by Marianne's friendly and helpful manner and advice. Her pleasant and informative attitude when I looked around the storage facility made the decision to store here easier. Siging up a couple of days later with Sammy (by herself on a busy Sunday), was a dream. The ease with which the process was completed and my questions answered showed her professionalism and knowledge of her job. From my experience as a first time storer, I can only offer the highest accolade. Thank you.

Cannot fault the level of service I got, I had to change the size of the room I had prebooked a couple of times before I actually moved my stuff in - nothing was too much trouble and it was all handled in no time at all over the phone.

The staff, facilities and security are second to none. I would highly recommend their services. Never had to use storage before but they made the whole process simple & easy, cost effective too!
