As I said previously my dealings with the staff were great, the facility was just what I wanted . Everything was explained ,all questions answered and the whole experience was very pleasant. In this day and age to get two young men to go out of their way in persuit of customer service is remarkable

We were very dissapointed that on the day we went to store our belongings with you the 1st van load we had to wait over 1 hour to be able empty this due to other vans parking diagonally and blocking the entrance. Things got worse with the 2nd van load as this was nearly a 2 hour wait for us. It was very dissaponiting to see that the staff didn't appear to be doing much to help us. We were storing our belongings with you as we were moving house and due to delays at your storage place we are still waiting to find out if we're are going to be charged extra monies by our solicitor. Good location and security at the unit but needs much better organisation.

Since using the big yellow storage company, I have found the whole process, easy and straightforward. For the staff nothing is too much trouble and helped me with my storage needs. I thought they were excellent at price matching and getting the right deal for the customer.

My only suggestion would be that the normal opening time should be 7am as I find 8am too late as I like to be on my job by 8am .

What a great business. I needed to store some things from the house. The Leeds team sorted me the right space and a man and van to come and collect it for me.

Staff were very helpful and the whole thing is easy to use and perfect for what we wanted
