From the first telephone call to the returning of the balance I was owed, all the staff and the administration was efficient, friendly and prompt. I have already recommended the company to friends.
I was so impressed with the staff at Big Yellow, Leeds, that I wrote to the managers to let them know my appreciation of such great service. The staff there are hard working, very friendly, willing to help and knowledgeable. Should I or anyone I know require storage in the future, Big Yellow is the place we'll go.

I wish the money would allow for more space. I have used other services in the past and I used to have more space for less money. Your best feature I think is that the space is clean and secure.
If you want to be assured of the highest level of service when storing your precious or otherwise possesions, from what is after all a 'storage facility' then look no further than Big Yellow. The staff in the Leeds depot were professional beyond all expectation, personable and 'real', efficient and practical. Rarely have we seen such excellent customer relationship skills being demonstrated with such ease and warmth. Enough said - yes we'd use Big Yellow again and we do mention them if the topic of storage arises. Thanks
