From the first telephone call to the returning of the balance I was owed, all the staff and the administration was efficient, friendly and prompt. I have already recommended the company to friends.
I was so impressed with the staff at Big Yellow, Leeds, that I wrote to the managers to let them know my appreciation of such great service. The staff there are hard working, very friendly, willing to help and knowledgeable. Should I or anyone I know require storage in the future, Big Yellow is the place we'll go.
