The helpfulness and understanding of the desk girl Amy Bennett in the bootle branch made everything go quick and smoothly on the day thank you.

The service was excellent and the Manager (think it was Lee) and his assistant Amy were so helpful. I was moving house and had items I couldn' t move so used your storage even the coffee was great thanks Amy

All the staff that l dealt with were very polite, efficient and friendly. They knew there product and knew how to give customer satisfaction but at no time did they behave in a pushy why. So far l am highly delighted with all areas of the service l have received, nothing was too much trouble & they understood that moving house is a stressful process. Thank you

The Staff are really friendly and welcoming. I am pleased you can price match the rental and insurance but it frustrates me that company policy would have just as easily let me pay full price.
