Excellent overall sevice and very friendly staff. Made my move so much easier and stress free.

The place was clean friendly honest and truethful.

Staff were friendly throughout. Despite having to change the dates several times Lee was helpful and explained the process clearly to me on arrival.

Customer service was superb and even made us a cup of tea on arrival. Unit was clean and dry. Extras such as padlock etc not too expensive. Refund was given promptly.

The whole process from start to finish has been easy. There has been excellent help from staff before booking and then when booking in the staff were just lovely and so helpful.

The helpfulness and understanding of the desk girl Amy Bennett in the bootle branch made everything go quick and smoothly on the day thank you.

The service was excellent and the Manager (think it was Lee) and his assistant Amy were so helpful. I was moving house and had items I couldn' t move so used your storage even the coffee was great thanks Amy
