Customer service was amazing and we sincerely appreciate the service.

I was a bit nervous about using storage as I always thought it would be quite intimidating, but I was really surprised by how bright, clean, and welcoming it was. Jason, Izzie, and Roxie were all great, friendly, helpful, and made everything really easy. Would definitely recommend!! ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️

Secure safe clean storage, easy access. All Staff extremely helpful, Jason & Roxanne particularly as they are the two staff that I have had most dealings with . I would highly recommend this company .

The team at this location are excellent. They go above and beyond to help you. I would like to personally thank Roxie for all her help, she is an absolute star and excellent at her job. I moved my stuff out today, but if I ever need storage in the future I will choose the “old Commodore” in Kirkdale (not bootle) as my first choice.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I've never used storage before, they explained everything clearly and recommended a removal company when I asked (ProMove - who were excellent). The facility itself is great, it is clean and secure. Jason was great when I checked in and helped everything go smoothly. If you need storage, go here!
