Roxie was really wonderful and she went above and beyond. This is not common in the service sector in the UK. But Roxie meets the highest expectations of service. She helped me while I was overwhelmed, walking me down to the storage when I needed, offered me a cup of tea. All this combined with professionalism and hard work. Happy to have worked with her. Roxie alone is a good reason to be at this location.

Very satisfied with my visit yesterday and the ease of being able to access storage quickly, locally. Roxy, who is absolutely amazing, put me at ease and took all the unnecessary stress off me whilst trying trying to move my 2 bedroom house into storage... Safe and secure, and great staff
