The staff at Armadillo were helpful in every respect and the storage facilities are clean and secure. Access is easy.
David at the branch in Bootle, Liverpool was excellent, both helpful, courteous and not rushed. The type of customer service that other businesses should think about providing. Never used a storage facility before but appears to be just what is required with good access, lighting and security. Only downside I can see is that it is closed on Sundays, a day when most of us actually have the time to visit/access/use such a facility, but apart from that all seems good.
Armadillo came at just the right time for us at an amazing price. The staff where amazing, going out of there way to help. The perfect solution to moving :) For this I give Armadillo 5/5 Stars based on there customer service and good value for money. Thank you :)

The staff went out of their way to assist and deal with last minute alterations to original requests trying to cater for customers needs and affordability. As a person who has worked in the security industry for over 20 years and have covered various elements of security this is only a suggestion and not a complaint or negative comment.... It was made clear any problems all I had to do was ask or voice concerns if any, One conern I do have is down to auto lighting that does not stay on whilst person or persons are in storage unit, maybe it may be an idea to install lighting within the units for customer safety, if any lights are on the hallway lighting will not switch off until customer leaves, only an idea.....
What's made the difference to me was how good and efficient the service has been from the staff at Stanley Road. They really know and understand the product and have been really helpful and made everything as straight forward as possible. Online quotes and check-in, as well as the website tips and advice, help streamline the whole process too. As a domestic storer, I find the access times a bit restricted, but I also imagine this helps with security so have no complaints. This storage facility was recommended to me by a friend, and I would confidently pass the recommendation on.
By far the most helpful member of staff i have encounterd, Ian was helpful beyond my requirements and ensured i had the best deal possible.He even topped it off with a brew as i unloaded, quite a rareity, keep up the good work Mr S J Denny
I have had an extremely positive experience dealing with this storage facility. I enquired initially via the webiste and then spoke to Ian following a recall, and was given the information i needed promptly. I moved in shortly after, which was dealt with by Rachel, who was very helpful, polite and efficient. The storage facility itself is clean, bright and user friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending Armadillo (Liverpool North)
