The workers (Jenny and Jon) were extremely helpful over the phone and made sure I understood the whole process. When I arrived Jon ensured I had a quick and easy check in and again answered any questions I had. The price is very fair and with the excellent customer service I would definitely recommend.

friendly staff

Everything went to plan and got a good price for 175sqm room. Depot even stayed open late for the removal guys to get finished up.

I dealt with Jenna initially, she was very quick to respond and very helpful, importantly not pushy as that is often a turn off but she was very professional and friendly and let me know everything I needed.

We dealt with Frances at your north Liverpool store, she was very poilte, pleasant and knew her job throughly. She is a credit to your company and made such a stressful time seem not so bad. The storage area itself and the surrounding area was very clean and well presented to.
