First the pros: 1) it is very secure. Everywhere is covered by CCTV and everyone has their own 9-digit access code to the storage area. 2) everywhere is spotlessly clean and tidy. 3) the first 8 weeks are half price. 4) the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. We have dealt mainly with the assistant manager, Richard. Nothing has been too much trouble. We couldn't have asked for better service. Now the cons: Absolutely nothing!

Good communication from the start, simple instructions to follow online and easy access

Really helpful staff. Went through everything and explained it really well. Helped out with deciding which sized unit to rent and also with how long I might need to use it for.

Communication by Roxy was brilliant. Very professional and very helpful. She’s a credit to your company, if it wasn’t for her we’d have probably looked elsewhere. She just followed up brilliantly.
