The staff were all very helpful polite and professional , they took time to explain everything and made my visit a pleasure, i was shown around and it was easy to make a decision on the storage i required, i will recommend to my friends and give a thumbs up to the staff, they are an asset

Bev was very helpful and informative. I was pretty stressed when I spoke to her, due to moving house and not knowing where to put everything, but she was able to alleviate some of that stress.

Staff very Friendly and made contact straight away after my online quote. It would have been helpful on the initial phone call for staff to advise when going to the site, that if I should take up a unit, I needed to provide photo ID and a list if items to be stored. When I went to view the unit, I decided straight away to rent the unit and was then asked for photo ID and asked what I was storing (so I had try to remember the amount of boxes and what was in them), luckily I had photo ID and didn't have to go home for it.

Amy was fantastic from the moment I initially got in touch. She was so kind, warm and answered any questions that I had - it really put me at ease. She even recognised me when I came to get the keys for the unit and said it was nice to meet me. Bev did the tour and went through the contract side of things, she was incredibly funny and kept making me and my mum laugh. She was very thorough and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend. Such lovely people.
