Welcomed into store by Sian and immediately put at ease. I explained circumstances surrounding the move and my requirements for storage. She was extremely helpful, supplied me with the relevant packing boxes I needed and showed me around the store to get a guide on the amount of room I needed. She explained about insurance and deducted my first 8 weeks costs by 50%.

Initial enquiry was a very good experience and the staff made the whole experience easy and very positive. Never having used a storage facility before I was not familiar with the process at all and your staff could not have been more helpful and accomodating.

I have used this company 9 years ago also so this is my second time moving and storing . I find it really easy straight forward and know my belongings are safe clean and easy to access. Always answer any queries right away & willing to help. Lisa & Dave in the Edge lane office are brilliant so friendly always have a little chat and keep me posted with any queries .

Lisa was really friendly and made me feel welcome and gave me lots of information regarding the storage! She is a real credit to the company
