I spoke with Miss Roxanne Ruane when I first made an enquiry. She was friendly, professional and welcoming. A cost breakdown was provided which was extremely helpful along with an explanation of how the contract worked. I was given a tour of the site and shown storage units of different sizes. The whole experience was positive.
