Everything on the website was clearly explained but when I had any occasional enquiries they were immediately sorted out by the helpful staff over the phone.

Although we had had several units from you over the years, we very nearly moved away to UK storage. After receiving your quote, which we thought quite expensive, we decided to look around. They were much cheaper so we had decided to go with them. The only drawback with their units is that the entrance is not under cover so we didn't want our stock to get wet. I rang Edge Lane as we do prefer your set up and they very kindly agreed to match the others offer. Job done, thank you
