The team you have in edge lane sian,lisa,dave,heather and Roxy couldnt of helped us any more if they tried really good team

Lisa & Sian welcomed me and explained the service including advice for other products I might need. I was shown around and able to look at the different sized rooms on offer before I made a decision. They have continued to support any queries and updated me throughout.

Enquiry was handled very well with phone messages as to what was needed to bring etc, and Dave was very helpful and friendly when moving in, answering all my questions and easy to chat with. My only issue is that I don't recall ever reading beforehand that the half price for 8 weeks deal is only if you pay the full 8 weeks in advance when you move in, luckily I was able to do so but I think this should be made more clear, especially in times when people are on furlough etc. and money is even more of a worry than usual, it just feels a bit sly to not make sure people are prepared for that.

My enquiry was dealt with straight away and Roxy did everything she could and more to help me.

The staff were very helpful and I would recommend any body to use big yellow storage in the future
