Roxy at the Edge Lane, Liverpool branch was great - took me through costs and options and made it really easy.

All very straightforward with lots of communication in the run up from a number of the reception Team. Roxy extremely helpful on the day of moving in which was much appreciated.

I never used self storage before but process was very well explained to me over the phone and then at check in.

The whole process from start to finish was smooth, customer service was excellent in particular Roxy and coleague, sorry forgot her name
