The guy we dealt with was really helpful, friendly and knew his stuff.

Lisa was very informative , friendly , knowledgeable on coming in to see her very relaxed and helpful and remembered what the enquiry was about without having to tell her. On the first day she came over to greet us and see if we needed any help. A great asset to the company great to have a happy smiling face to talk to would recommend Big Yellow Storage to anyone.

We were very stressed, having moved back home after 25 years and we had travelled over 250 miles. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a hot drink. The receptionist who dealt with us, was a 'star', thank you for making a very emotional and difficult time as easy as possible.
