I have used Big Yellow before but Heather and Luke were very helpful in going over the process

Customer service from the staff at Edge Lane is excellent. From our initial enquiry, showing of our requested size of rooms to ensure they were adequate to our first day checking in. Explanation of safety and security features, made us feel at ease that both ourselves and our property would feel/be safe whilst at storage.

I was very pleased with lisa’s Customer service skills over the phone. She was great and explained everything to me. I’m met Roxy in store and she was an absolute star. She helped me by explaining how the security system works and what was the best was to get the most out of my unit. There was also two gentlemen that I met in store, Dave and “Chris” I think. Both men where so help full offering to help move things in the van. The Van driver Alan couldn’t have been any more helpful and I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking about using big yellow. All in all I had a great experience and would defiantly use big yellow again in the future. Well done to the big yellow team your all amazing people !

Very easy to use, filled out online quote and booking then someone from the team rang up to explain how it works. Booked in on the day with Luke again very easy process he explained everything, took me up to the unit to double check the size was right. Luke was spot on very friendly and professional especially when another customer came in and didn't want to wait his turn. Can't fault big yellow made it all very simple and hassle free which was good especially during a hectic house move. Will definitely use again.

First time that I have ever used a storage company. Lisa and Luke at reception were absolutely brilliant. They were so helpful and friendly and made my storage move stress free. They explained everything. I would recommend big yellow at Mill lane to anyone.
