Excellent - really easy to book and appointment made straight away- staff at Edge lane are excellent - Dave and Sian really cheerful, friendly and efficient - was pleasantly surprised at how easy it all was! Dave went through everything with real clarity and filled me with lots of confidence - I thought it was going to be really stressful but came out made up!

Initial enquiry and booking was very easy. Due to the current situation and the unit being for my Nan (who is over 70) and her house move being put on hold we had to delay getting the unit. I was made to feel silly for postponing it and the gentleman I spoke to seemed confused as to why this was the case.
