My initial arrival was ok. Unfortunately the staff and the bay were very busy when we arrived to unload which meant that I had to wait quite a while to sign my contract and unload my stuff. The staff were very polite and accommodating but I was given a contract to sign that did not reflect the correct rental amount which I found very disconcerting. The person who gave it to me was happy for me to sign it even though he knew it was wrong .. it was only that I spotted it, that the issue was dealt with. Once that was resolved the experience to moving into the storage was good , although it seems to be the same vehicles that block the loading bay.

Everything was explained to me very clearly. Nothing was too much trouble - due to my partner being in Work , he was allowed to strart putting everything into the storage Unit whilst I got set up an paid
