Payment terms not explained clearly! No help on day no where to leave rubbish no staff around on move in day

Very friendly and knowledgeable assistant, Anthony, who completed the transaction and explained the process in a clear, simple manner.

Price seemed reasonable, terms and conditions were explained clearly, we were shown how to use keypads and lift. We were checked in by Laura and everything went quickly and smoothly.
