Everything was so easy to do from booking space to actual storing. Price was very reasonable and staff were extremely helpful and friendly,Anthony in particular was very efficient.

Room shown previously the month before was not the same size so I had to increase the room size and my budget of course

Dealt with both your call centre and your staff direct at Big Yellow Mill Lane, Liverpool. The personal knowledge of "Antony" at Mill Lane was fantastic. His professionalism and kindness was excellent. The advice given on the telephone with all items listed was incorrect and the box that we accepted was insufficient for our needs. Not to let us leave disheartened Antony re-quoted us and we were thrilled to accept the offer for the 8 weeks we needed.

The people who served me were very efficient and welcoming. They also recommended me a removal company which was just as professional as they are.
