Everything was explained clearly and the staff were very helpful helping you understand how the operation of hiring a unit works

The removal service recommended by Big Yellow (John and Steven) were very helpful in not only transporting my belongings, but also helping store the heavy boxes. I am also please with that the reservation of my storage room was free, and that I am receiving 50% off for the first 8 weeks.

The space was perfect for my stuff and Laura who helped me was very nice and helpful
