The initial enquiry was handled incredibly well. I call out Lee and Amy in particular for the high levels of service. They made it so easy for me that it was a no-brainer to end up choosing Armadillo.

At first the air of professionalism was a resounding 10...then as the contact became more frequent it went to an 11 The level of empathy and genuine concern given to me as a customer leaving my home contents in someone elses hands was above and beyond. Everything was explained in detail, not telling me just to sign but validating I understood, friendly and empathic staff is something a company can be proud of and this company has got it spot on with this particular site, and with the staff I came into contact with Well done
The staff are really helpful, Dawn rang to check my progress and found the best price for me. Amy was present on the moving day, took me through all the paperwork, the easiest route around the unit and made the whole day so much easier They were both AMAZING.

Had a good intro chat over the phone after web enquiry. One other organisation was just too pushy and didn't listen to what i was after and started sending contracts by email while i was still waiting for quote options. Armadillo were much more professional and I welcomed their approach. The sign up customer experience by Amy and Dawn was excellent and very well explained. Their were some glitches with the online sign up process with the website and the team handled this really well in store.
