Couldn’t fault Dawn or Amy, I spoke to Dawn on the phone when I weren’t sure what size storage was best for me. She was so helpful, when we came to view the sizes of the storage Amy was there to show us, she was lovely. Couldn’t have been more helpful

Can’t thank the team enough they were really supportive and went the extra mile to support me and the access to the facility. They showed empathy and a caring attitude towards me due to difficult personal circumstance. Something that other organisation do not empower there staff to provide. Well done and thank you

Initially I found the chat room easy to use and the agents helpful. When I had dates etc I communicated by phone from Greece and the staff were very reassuring. My goods are now in your Speke depot having travelled all the from a tiny Greek island. Well done Pauline Keaney
