Really easy process, able to book online easily and dealing with the staff when we brought our stuff into the room, the check in process was easy. We got our own insurance as we didn't have a high enough value of items. In comparison to other places we tried, Armadillo was by far the best. The rooms are great and great facilities there to move items: trolley, lifts, etc. The price is good value at half price for up to the first 8 weeks. Probably a bit expensive afterwards unless you've limited options.

Overall a very good experience. Staff very helpful, efficient and pleasent. Would highly reccomend to family and friends.

everything was explained in detail to me, all prices clearly notified. I received follow up calls from Amy and dawn so helpful in settling me into the storage procedure. going through all the documentation with me over the phone and in person both ladies very knowledgable and professional especially observing all the cover 19 measures now in place for business and customers. the unit is spotlessly clean
