I initially spoke with Edmond who was very polite, and gave me good advice on the size of unit I may need, he was able to confirm availability. He spoke clearly and treated me with dignity and respect. He explained everything I needed to do on line and confirmed everything back to ensure that what I wanted was correctly booked.
